My my isn’t technology a wonder? All these new fangled doohickeys and such.
As of a few minutes ago I now have a permanent (well as long as I pay my bills anyway) local phone number for friends and family to call to contact me once I’ve left the country. *happy dance*
Apparently for the cost of a local call, providing you’re in Victoria, you can phone my new number, and be connected to my voice mail if I’m away, or directly to my computer if I’m online for a proper voice conversation. How special!
My Nan will be so pleased, now she won’t need to stress too much about not having a computer to speak to me, and the bonus is that phoning me overseas will work out cheaper than it currently is to phone me at home.
I live in an STD area. *laugh*
I’ve included a photo of her too. She’s the best!
Well that’s my share session for the evening. I’m feeling rather chuffed.
