Today marked my first day back at the gym after a full 10 days away from it due to our trip to Canada, and it’s really amazing how quickly you become unaccustomed to regular exercise.
I’m stuffed! Tired. Knackered. Fschnookered, and ready for a nap.
It was great to be back though, I was starting to get pretty antsy about my lack of exercise, so at least now I know that I’ve made enough changes in my life now to include regular exercise, and to feel “strange” if I’m not getting it.
That’s a breakthrough in itself.
I’m back again tomorrow, and the next day, and the next day… etc and so on. Let the good times roll, and the weight BE GONE.
That’s it. There’s nothing else to report. It’s going to be a busy day today, so I’d best get into it.
