Back on track

Back On Track - Photograph by Craig Clemo - All Rights ReservedGod I’m just loving this weather right now.  Blue skies and sunshine, you’d almost never know you were in Washington.  It is a nice change though, as this state is really scenic when the weather is good.

Meanwhile.  It was back to the gym for me this morning.  I had hoped to be able to work out outside today, but unfortunately my trainer; Milla is a little sunburned from her weekend in the nice weather, so today was spent indoors, which was a bit of a shame, but no matter.

After we worked out together I went and spent an additional 30 minutes on the stationary bike, both to get in some extra car dio work, and to kill some time before my Dietician appointment.  As there’s usually an hour between when I finish and my appointment.  So I generally either take along a book, or play solitaire on my phone.

The dietician went well.  I’m back on track, having lost the small amount of weight I gained while we were away in Canada and dining out all the time, and lost some more on top.  Gotta love that.  There’s still a long way to go, and to be honest, I really didn’t think I’d lost any.
So it was a pleasant surprise.

I also got back grains today in my diet plan.  That means I can have bread again.  It’s been 12 weeks since I’ve had any.  Technically I’m only allowed one slice per day.  Or I can have two tortillas.  I’ll be going for the tortillas.  I prefer wraps over sandwiches any day.

So that’s it.  I’ve worked out, run a couple of errands, and now I’m home, blogged, and shortly about to have lunch, and sit in the sun and do some reading/research into Marine Aquariums.  This could be my next new hobby.  *laugh*
