I had pizza last night… I’m such a failure. *laugh* No I’m not, it was only 2 slices, there was minimal cheese, one was tomato and basil, and the other salmon. They were good, but certainly not great. To make up for it, I hit the gym again today (day number 6 in a row), despite the weekends being my time off to make up for my slip.
Not that I’ve become a food Nazi by any means. This is not a diet. It’s more my learning and becoming aware about what foods work for me and what don’t. That doesn’t mean that from time to time that I don’t crave something that’s totally bad for me. Like Peanut M&M’s…
I’d actually kill for a bag of those right now, and I’d almost consider amputating a limb before Monday’s weigh in to ensure that I still have a weight decrease. 😉 Drastic, but it’s a consideration.
Since it’s not a serious one, I’ve bypassed the M&M’s for now, and I’m seriously not even remotely tempted to have them anyway, and then compensate with extra time at the gym. That’s just insanity. As it was I did a full 65 minutes on the Elliptical machine, followed by 25 minutes on the treadmill, for a total of 90 minutes.
I seriously need a nap now. Especially since we’re off to see Harry Potter this evening at the Seattle Imax theatre.
So while I have a nap, have an awesome day.
