Another week has flown by. This time however, it brings me closer to being dragged off to Comicon in San Diego with Mark. Not really my cup of tea, but there you go.
I’m sure it’ll be sort of interesting, Mark keeps telling me it will be. I just keep telling myself it’s San Diego, and I’ve not been there yet. So it’ll at least be an experience.
On the upside at least there’ll be a few people at the event that I find remotely interesting. Such as Eoin Colfer, an author I like. The cast of Torchwood, Dean Koontz, Kevin Smith, Jason Mewes etc.
I have been told though that there are plenty of decent restaurants and bars. So if worst comes to worst, I can Margherita up and enjoy the sun! 🙂

San Diego is a very nice city. The weather is similar to Perth.
Anyway, if you get bored with Comicon, you can be a translator between the delegates and normal people 😛

WOT – Torchwood? Who from Torchwood is going to be there? Surely not Captain Jack Harkness? I’ll be fully spewin if he is. I love me some John Barrowman and would love a photo-op with him. And maybe even Ianto Jones. If it’s Owen then meh! He looks a little plastic, his appearance is not natural. Gwen Cooper is cool too… sheesh I’m geeking out just thinking about it. I’d have mentioned Toshiko too but she doesn’t do much for me. 😛
Jamie… Captain Jack, Owen, Ianto, and Tosh will all be in attendance. 😉

How funny… Seems like I know a goodly number of folks going to that Comicon thing.
