I’m just not feeling it today. . I had a great weekend, but apparently far too little sleep, which is taking it’s toll today.
Regardless, I’ve hit the gym, feel like it hit me back, done Physical Therapy, had a healthy sushi lunch, now I’m home contemplating having several large coffee’s but trying to remind myself that I’m supposed to be eating well.
Blurgh!
Curse my sluggish, non-fat burning metabolism!
I do believe I’ll have an early night, and start it all over again tomorrow.
