My body clock is stuck. While I slept properly on my first night back in America, last night as tired as I was, sleep eluded me. I didn’t fall asleep until a little after 5am this morning. Which for the record is a little after 10pm back home in Melbourne.
This happens to me every time I travel back to Australia and return to America, and has in the past spiralled out of control, the worst time being when we first moved here where I didn’t sleep more than 2-3 hours in a night for over a month. Let me tell you, that wasn’t pretty at all.
Today I’m slightly comatose…
Hopefully tonight I’ll be able to get back into a more normal sleep pattern. Fingers crossed.
